The A/V receiver may not up-convert a signal to HDMI if you connected an analog connection type (Coaxial, Composite A/V, Component A/V, or S-Video) on the output device and the audio system.Check the manual or contact the manufacturer for further information. Changing the video output format of the connected device may resolve the issue.
